Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
    • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
    • If the delivered item(s) is found damaged/missing or has any manufacturing defects, then please inform Customer Care or e-mail us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Process:
    • Contact us at stayloenterprise@gmail.com
       to initiate a return.
    • Once approved, our delivery agents will pick up the item back

 Refunds:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Refunds are processed for eligible returns once the item is received and inspected.
    • Any product purchased under any offer or sale is not refundable/returnable; it can only be exchanged, and shipping charges will be paid by the customer only.
    • If the customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit, no refund will be applicable.
  2. Process:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. In the case of COD payment mode, you will have to provide us with your bank account details through mail at stayloenterprise@gmail.com so that we can verify and initiate the refund.
    • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Items can be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability.
    • Some of the pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick up, in such cases, the customer will need to return the item(s) back to us. The reverse shipping address will remain the same as per the original invoice.
    • Only size exchanges are applicable, provided that the products are unused and undamaged, with product tags intact, in their original packaging, and reported within 2 days of delivery for the order within India. 
    • In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
  2. Process:
    • Contact us at stayloenterprise@gmail.com to request an exchange.
    • Follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
    • Shipping charges for the exchanged product order will be borne by the customer.

Non-Exchangable Items:

  • Customized products, sale items, products purchased under any offer, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at stayloenterprise@gmail.com with photographic or video evidence. We will process a replacement or refund according to your preference.
